Who we are
maptrics is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Pertti studio BV. We help teams monitor their websites for SEO issues, track changes, and fix problems before they affect rankings.
Why we process your personal data
We collect and process your personal data to provide and improve our service, including account management, authentication, billing, support and product improvements. If we want to use your data for other purposes, such as marketing, we will ask for your explicit consent.
We only collect personal data that you provide to us, for example when you sign up, contact support, or use our product. This may include: name, email address, IP address, and other information you actively share.
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected. Data collected for marketing will be kept until you ask for deletion. Where we are legally required to retain data (for example for invoicing), we will keep it for the required period.
Sharing with third parties
We protect your data and take reasonable steps to keep it confidential. We only share data with third parties when necessary to provide our service (e.g. hosting, authentication, analytics), when we use sub-processors, or when required by law. We do not share your personal data for marketing or commercial purposes.
