Article 2 – The service
maptrics is an online SEO monitoring platform. We crawl your websites (via sitemaps), detect issues, track changes and help you fix problems before they affect search rankings. The service is offered as a subscription with tier-based limits. By using maptrics you accept these terms.
Article 3 – Applicability
These terms apply to all offers and agreements between you (the customer) and Pertti studio BV. They are made available before you sign up. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
Article 4 – Access and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your own purposes, within the limits of your subscription. You are responsible for using compatible equipment and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and does not harm the service, other users or third parties.
Article 5 – Fees and payment
You pay the fees applicable to your plan as shown on the platform at the time of subscription. Prices are in the currency and including or excluding tax as indicated. Payment is due according to the billing cycle (e.g. monthly or annually). We may suspend or terminate access if fees are not paid when due.
Invoice disputes must be raised in writing within a reasonable time. Unless otherwise required by law, you remain liable to pay until the dispute is resolved.
Article 6 – Withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer and Belgian or EU consumer law applies, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of conclusion of the contract, subject to the conditions of that law. For digital services, the right of withdrawal may end once performance has started with your consent. You can contact us at info@maptrics.io to request a refund where applicable. For business customers, refunds are only given where required by law or where we agree in writing.
Article 7 – Warranty and support
We strive to keep the service available and to fix reported defects in line with our documentation. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, the service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is provided as described on the platform (e.g. via email or in-product help).
Article 8 – Intellectual property and confidentiality
All intellectual property rights in the service remain with Pertti studio BV or its licensors. You do not acquire any rights except the right to use the service as set out in these terms. You must keep confidential any non-public information you receive from us and use it only for using the service.
Data and content you upload remain yours. We only use them as necessary to provide, host and improve the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Article 9 – Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, use the service in an illegal or abusive way, or fail to pay. We may also suspend access for maintenance or force majeure. Where possible we will give advance notice. You may terminate your subscription in accordance with the options offered on the platform (e.g. cancel at end of billing period). On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
Article 10 – Liability
Our liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill, or for events caused by your breach, third parties or force majeure.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law (e.g. death, personal injury, fraud).
Article 11 – Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where that failure or delay is due to force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, war, pandemic, government action, prolonged failure of critical infrastructure). The affected party will inform the other as soon as practicable and will resume performance when the force majeure ends.
Article 12 – Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The parties will try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If that is not possible, the courts of Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint, contact us at info@maptrics.io. We will respond within a reasonable time. As a consumer you may also use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
Article 13 – General
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pertti studio BV regarding the service. We may change them from time to time; the current version will be published on this page. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
